The Original WAHL Diamond Blade Shaving head convinces with a longer service life, higher degree of hardness and a more wear-resistant clipper comb surface thanks to the innovative Diamond-Like-Carbon coating with diamond-like properties. The integrated cutting length adjustment allows a step adjustment of the cutting set from 0,7 to 3 mm. Due to the grooved profile, the clipper blade glides effortlessly through the coat and ensures a consistent cutting pattern. Less maintenance required and 40 times more resistant compared to conventional cutting sets.
Care instructions:
To ensure the optimum life of the shaving head, regular and correct care is important. Clean the cutting plates with a soft cloth or brush. Make sure that the gaps between the teeth are clean. To prevent corrosion when using disinfectant, dry the shaving head thoroughly.
After drying, oil the clipper head with special clipper oil. The shearing blades must be oiledbefore each use with the shearing head mounted. During work, oil every 5-10 minutes.
After oiling, let the machine idle for a few seconds so that the oil can spread well and is not transferred to the animal's hair. With proper maintenance and care, the durability of the shearing heads can be increased by up to 20%. Regrinding can also be delayed.
